Abstract:
sucrose stearate was synthesized by solid Super base catalyst. The Effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, raw material ratio and catalyst dosage on the yield of sucrose stearate were investigated: sucrose (molar ratio) = 2:1; The amount of catalyst is 6% of the total amount of raw materials; The reaction time is 8 h; The reaction temperature is 130~140 ℃.

Abstract:
ethyl stearate was prepared by the reaction of stearic acid with ethanol instead of toxic methanol under acid catalysis. Sucrose stearate was synthesized by transesterification of ethyl stearate and sucrose in the presence of catalyst and emulsifier. The effects of emulsifier, Catalyst dosage, reaction temperature, raw material ratio, reaction time and other factors on the yield of sucrose stearate were investigated in detail: the molar ratio of sucrose was 2.5:1, the mass ratio of emulsifier to sucrose was 0.1:1, the mass ratio of catalyst to reaction material was 0.14:1, the reaction temperature was ~ 120 ℃, and the pressure was ~ 4.35kPa, the reaction time was ~ 3.5h. Based on sucrose, the yield of Sucrose ester was about 75.2%. In addition, sucrose stearate was made into volatile derivatives, and a gas chromatographic method for the analysis of its composition was established.
